Last weekend was my niece’s Wild ONE Safari Party! It turned out so cute and it was fun seeing it all come together. My sister picks the best themes and finds the cutest decor.
The colorful balloon garland was a hit. It was the first time for both of us to make on so I didn’t know what to expect. Turns out it is very easy to make, just takes a little time. I did not video us putting together the balloon garland, but it really was simple. The longest part is blowing all of the balloons up and tying them. Putting the balloons through the garland tape is super easy. We attached it to the tent with fishing line. They make such a statement and I’m ready to make another one now!
The cakes were beautiful and they tasted just as good as they looked. They were from Church Street Cakery in Hattiesburg, MS. (Facebook and Instagram)
We chose to put the balloon arch cake topper on the big cake since it was basically a mini version of the big balloon garland we made. All of the safari animals came from Hobby Lobby or Wal-Mart. (Big zebra, Big elephant, Smaller animal pack). My sister made the little party hats for the animals with mini cup cake liners and then glueing little felt balls on top. So cute!
