My fastest diy ever 😂 These ginger jar lamps weren’t in perfect condition, but I couldn’t let them get away for that price lol. I knew I could add a little paint to them to make them more of what I wanted!

Home projects come last behind work/normal life, so the month of January I’m trying to knock out as many home related projects that I can. This DIY account takes the back burner so thanks for still being here 😂🫶🏻
Over 6 years ago when I repainted all of my cabinets I was in a hurry and didn’t know half of what I know now about painting. I’ve also been wanting to replace all of the hinges to the hidden, slow close kind so it’s a good time to do both at the same time. I know these hinges are standard in new houses but I’m excited for my older house, lol! They’re going to look (and sound) like new cabinets 😆

These are from Amazon and seem pretty straight forward to install.. so we’ll see how quick the rest go! I only installed this one to be sure it was going to be a fit, so now the process of painting begins before the new hinges will go on

White jean try on. I’m looking for a pair that I can wear with both flats or a heel this summer 🤔

Here’s my assessment so far
.
2nd slide: Agolde 90’s pinch waist. I’m 5’5 and these were a little long on me to wear with sneakers/flats, but would work for heels
.
3rd slide: Madewell kick out crop. These had stretch to them. I could squat down easily in these. So if you don’t like the traditional jean fabric then these may be for you. These do flare out just a little bit at the bottom
.
4th slide: Agolde Riley crop. I liked where they hit my ankles and they were more of the look i was wanting. You could see the front pocket’s lining through these though… that may not bother some but i didn’t love that. You can’t really tell in pictures, but it’s an fyi

Still trying new things on my @cricut Tried out infusible ink, which essentially infuses with the fabric, so it’s a cool alternative to vinyl. Will definitely be scheming up another way to use infusible ink 💁🏻‍♀️

Haven’t posted much on this account lately. I will probably be making a shift towards more home related/diy posts in the coming months. I’m in leggings 90% of the time, and the phase I’m currently in involves more projects than cute outfits… so we’ll see where the year takes me 🤷🏻‍♀️💅🏽⚒️
