I was so excited about this post! I love my leather in the winter, and I wanted to find ways to incorporate a little bit of it during the summer.
First things first, below is an assortment of striped front knot tees. Can you even believe mine was less than $10. Yes I recommend sizing up. I’m wearing a medium. You could also pair the skirt with a cute graphic tee!
Okay, now that I have the bases of the outfit covered I’m going to start with option #1. For a casual day time look I styled this leather skirt and knotted tee with my favorite espadrille sneakers. The shoes instantly make the leather more casual.

Up next we have added a blue jean jacket. Whether you get cool at night and need a sleeve, or just want to wrap it around your waist, it adds a cute element to the look! My roomie actually loaned me hers and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. The sweater sleeves mix it up so it’s not just a regular denim jacket. This exact jacket says it is by “Tech Styles” and I can’t find it online too of course I’ve added similar ones!
Arm candy: My bracelets are from Eleven Collection. Isn’t the spike bracelet cute?? My Michael Kors Darci watch is sleek and thin, but I love the gold accents on it.
Last but not least, I threw on a pair of peep toe booties to carry this look from daytime to night time. I have these booties in tan and black and I wear them year round. They are Steve Madden and honestly they are pretty comfortable too. I think maybe the thicker heel makes them easier to stand and walk in. I wear the tan with ALL sorts of colors so if I only had to chose one pair I would go with the tan first.
