I’ve never worn sleep masks but my roommate gave me this one so I’ve been giving it a try. It’s Free People and there are cooling gels inside of it so it actually feels pretty good on my eyes. It says you can place it in the freezer for a few minutes and it will be even cooler but I haven’t tried that yet. I do like how it blocks out all of the light but somehow during the night it keeps coming off of my head. Lol. | Free People Sleep Mask |
I love my baggy t-shirts for sleeping BUT I at least pair them with cute shorts or pants! I’m cold natured so during the summer I like a really lightweight pajama pant. I got these from Forever 21 for only $12. The material is very light and soft. I size up in a lot of their clothes so I would recommend that, and the directions say hand wash cold so definitely don’t dry them or they will shrink.
