My bedroom is my absolute favorite room in the house, and not just because I LOVE sleeping. I actually starting coming up with ideas for my room when I was in college. I was moving into a new place and I wouldn’t be sharing a room/bathroom anymore so I was really excited to come up with something new. I like white, clean decor, but I wanted a pop of color.
My Bedding:
So, i couldn’t find inexpensive throw pillows like I wanted or inexpensive floor to ceiling length curtains. I wanted a pattern and all the ones I found online were more than a college student needed to pay. I somehow got my verrrryyyy sweet mother to help, and we went to Hobby Lobby to pick out fabric. I bought down pillows in the size I wanted and my mom actually sewed the pillow cases!! I went to Target and got regular length plain white curtains and my mom sewed extra fabric on the ends to make them the length I wanted. She did an awesome job and I love it still so much!
- You can buy a plain white comforter just about anywhere. I bought mine at Homegoods but here is a similar one.

Prints Above Bed:
It might sound weird, but I am super picky about what I decorate with or put on my walls. I’m very particular with quotes or with the memories associated with the things around me. Each of these prints were special to me in some way, and I think it’s important to have daily reminders around us.
